By accessing or using Skillplugs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of Service

Skillplugs provides a marketplace for discovering and sharing Claude Code skills. You may browse, search, and use skills for personal and commercial purposes, subject to any licenses specified by individual skill creators.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit skills containing malicious code or security vulnerabilities
• Misrepresent the functionality or origin of submitted skills
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Use automated systems to scrape or abuse our service

Skill Submissions

When submitting skills to Skillplugs, you represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your skills but grant us a license to display and distribute them through our platform.

Intellectual Property

Skills are owned by their respective creators. The Skillplugs platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any skill that violates these terms, contains security concerns, or is otherwise inappropriate. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Skillplugs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
